⚕️ IMPORTANT FOR INSURANCE: - We are in network with UNITED HEALTH and OPTUM. If you are a new insurance patient, we REQUIRE FIVE BUSINESS DAYS TO VERIFY INSURANCE coverage. We DO accept HSA/FSA payments and can provide Superbills for reimbursement to individuals whose insurance policies accept them.
🤩 The first step for ALL NEW PATIENTS is to book a NEW PATIENT CONSULTATION. If you are an insurance patient, you MUST complete your intake form a minimum of 5-days before your scheduled appointment, to allow for us to verify your insurance benefits.
